This will be our guiding principle for the year ahead.

GREAT ACHIEVEMENT

As we approach 2026, aligning ourselves with the Lord promises tremendous accomplishments. Knowing that God is our partner invigorates every endeavor and sets a divine purpose in our actions. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 37:4, “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” With a dedicated spirit and faith, we can anticipate great achievements that not only uplift us but also serve those around us.

When we fully trust in the Lord's plans, as outlined in Jeremiah 29:11, we'll find that His intentions are to prosper us and not to harm us, granting us hope and a future. Our journey in faith should be rooted in active participation within our community, uplifting each other through prayer and fellowship, especially during weekly services like Bible study on Tuesdays and the powerful moments of worship at our Sunday celebrations.

Let us embrace 2026 with open hearts, welcoming opportunities to grow spiritually and impact lives positively. Together, we can cultivate an environment where faith flourishes, and we witness God's miracles unfold in our lives and the lives of others.

As we look forward to this new year, let's come together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the blessings and guidance You provide. As we embark on this journey into 2026, please align our hearts with Your purpose. Grant us the strength to serve and the wisdom to witness the achievements You have in store for us. May our actions reflect Your love and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

WHERE ART THOU?

Preacher: Apostle Dr. T. Adesuyi
Topic: "Where Art Thou?"
Text:Genesis 3: 9-13

Notes

In this thought-provoking sermon, we confront a crucial question: Are you in the rightful place with God? It's vital to pause and reflect on our spiritual positioning and evaluate whether we have grown too complacent in our faith journey. Remember, God is Spirit, and His expectations for us are profound.

We must consider: Will God still find us positioned where He has placed us? Will we stand firm in our faith as challenges emerge? The unfortunate truth is that many individuals are not in the right place within the House of Doctrine. They have chosen to walk in the ways of the ungodly, finding themselves seated among sinners.

As highlighted in 1 Corinthians 15:33, “Evil communications corrupt good manners,” underscoring the necessity of surrounding ourselves with uplifting influences. Moreover, 2 Corinthians 5:17 teaches us about the transformative power of becoming a new creation in Christ.

We draw further wisdom from 1 Timothy 6:6, which emphasizes the value of godliness combined with contentment. In addition, Job 14:14 encourages us to consider the hope found in our relationship with God, even amid trials and uncertainties.

Ultimately, God has a divine plan for each of us, and we must protect our spiritual integrity. Let us not deviate from the path that leads to righteousness; instead, let us strive to remain aligned with God's purpose for our lives. Your spiritual positioning is crucial; let’s ensure it is steadfast and unwavering.
